AuCom Receives 'Design In Business' Award

AuCom has been Highly Commended at the 2008 Design in Business Awards. The award celebrates companies that integrate design into their products, processes and culture. The recognition reflects AuCom's commitment to easy-to-use, intuitive and innovative soft starter products.

Top honours were taken out by luxury shower and tapware manufacturer, Methven. Both AuCom and Phil & Teds received a Highly Commended award.

The award is provided by the Designer's Institute of New Zealand to celebrate New Zealand companies who have used and fostered design to develop more competitive products and businesses, and to establish a link between an investment in design and business growth.
