This greatly reduces the specialist diagnostic skills required of the user, making the benefits of condition monitoring available to engineers who have considered it too difficult in the past.
Real-time monitoring
Because the PMM is permanently installed, it provides real-time fault monitoring for a continuous awareness of equipment status. Alternative methods are often ad hoc, expensive and require manual data collection.
