global parent organization for Benshaw Inc., Benshaw Canada Controls Inc., AuCom MCS GmbH &
Co. KG, and AuCom Electronics Ltd. The companies have operated collaboratively since 2019,

The introduction of Amconex Group reflects the collective scale, global reach, and engineering

Benshaw and AuCom will continue to operate under their existing names, with no changes to
