AuCom To Showcase Zero-Emission Heating Solutions at ADIPEC 2025

AuCom, leaders in motor control solutions, is advancing the transition from fossil fuels to zero-emission heat generation with its latest medium-voltage heating and drive solutions.

AuCom Zero Emission Heat Generation Hero

AuCom MV Heater Control

AuCom's MV Heater Control is a high-performance, medium-voltage solid-state heating controller for industrial applications up to 11 kV and 10 MW. Visitors to ADIPEC 2025 in Abu Dhabi from 3-6 November can experience the MV Heater Control firsthand at stand 13393, hall 13, alongside the H1 Series Variable Speed Drives and the MVH2.0 Medium-Voltage Variable Frequency Drive.

“Our drive solutions – particularly the MV Heater Control – contribute to carbon-free production,” said Thomas Zirk-Gunnemann, CEO of AuCom Applied Motor Controls. “We support the sustainable use of oil, gas and energy technologies for a clean and green future.”

The MV Heater Control delivers significantly higher efficiency than conventional fossil-fuel heating systems or heat exchangers. Its fully integrated control system enhances safety, reducing risks associated with hot oil, vapors, or explosions. In addition, it extends the lifespan of heating elements, lowers capital costs by eliminating the need for step-down transformers, and features a compact, space-saving design thanks to an innovative cooling system.

Energy efficiency is central to AuCom’s broader product range. The H1 Series Variable Frequency Drives (VFD), covering 4–450 kW and supporting motor types including SPM, IPM, SynRM and IM, provide precise torque control, multiple communication protocols, and easy integration into higher-level systems.

Similarly, the MVH2.0 Medium-Voltage Drive sets a benchmark in energy-efficient industrial applications with real-time monitoring, cloud integration, pre-installed standard functions, and the ability to control multiple motors in parallel, saving time and costs.

At ADIPEC, attendees can explore these innovative solutions and learn more about how AuCom is helping manufacturers achieve sustainable, zero-emission production.
