When you work with AuCom you deal directly with the people that design and build the starter. All AuCom products are designed with people in mind, and you will soon notice that we have an appreciation for the details that save time and money, while adding capability. We think carefully about how your team will use the products and many of our products are designed to speed up installation, commissioning or aid in operation. Features include: withdrawable phase arms or cassettes and intuitive displays and shared menu structures between products to allow faster familiarisation.
From the many hundreds of successful projects in the past, we have a depth of knowledge that can benefit the design of your MCC. We have eliminated any issues that come with the fabrication phase of your project to ensure the highest possible quality for your budget. With manufacturing capabilities in New Zealand, Germany and the USA we have the experience and resources necessary to meet the specific needs of your local market.
We leverage our buying power across a range of suppliers to ensure we get the right components at the right price and keep our prices low for you, the customer.
During the manufacturing process, AuCom provides regular updates on developments (including photos of your equipment as it passes through stages of production), and advises you of upcoming key dates. If at any stage you don’t understand anything, please contact us for a full explanation in clear, easy-to-understand language.
Factory acceptance tests are available at our manufacturing facilities in beautiful Christchurch, New Zealand. As part of your visit, AuCom will host your team and make arrangements to share New Zealand culture. Acceptance tests are also available at our facilities in Germany and the USA.
